Our services include group classes, private lessons, trial offers, and special events. Scheduling, communications, and customer management are facilitated through our partner, Academy Blast.

2. Trial Offers & Memberships

• Trial offers (e.g., $20 two-day trial) are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

• Membership pricing, schedules, and policies may be modified at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to active members.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Membership cancellations require advance notice as specified in your agreement.

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Unauthorized access to systems, data, or restricted areas of the Website.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services.

Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Communications & Lead Data

By submitting a form or booking a class, you consent to receive SMS, email, and phone communications from us, including automated messages via our CRM.

• Opt-out anytime by replying "STOP" to SMS or clicking "Unsubscribe" in emails.

We use a third party CRM, scheduling, and communications. While we oversee your interactions, some technical functions are managed by them.
